Dietary Supplement And Mental Health

Numerous studies have shown the benefits of using magnesium as a therapeutic supplementation on patients with depression or anxiety. Scientific studies have also shown that vitamin B supplementation (including B6, B8, and B12) significantly reduced psychiatric symptoms.

Research suggested, a combination of magnesium and vitamin B6 may be effective in reducing premenstrual stress, and that vitamin B6 alone may effectively reduce anxiety in older women. It is well known that proper nutrition has a positive impact on the prevention and decreases depressive symptoms among elderly people; vitamin B supplementation is particularly beneficial in populations at risk for poor nutrient status and/or poor mental health.

TO KEEP THE BODY IN GOOD HEALTH IS A DUTY, OTHERWISE, WE SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP OUR MIND STRONG AND CLEAR.
